The Hotel was the most and best experience I've had of any hotel that I've ever been to. The staff there was great. I love them. I'm definitely going back to that hotel. When I make a trip back to Germany hands down that is where I am going. I can't express how great and awesome the staff the hotel itself was. They made my experience there there so blissful, so great and so welcomed like I don't even know how much more I could express how much love I have for them, The hotel, the location the convenience. Positive: 1) good location with mall next to the hotel. You can have grocery grab easily or food court available as well. 2) spacious room Negative: 1) Dirty room i have ever stayed. The carpet is not clean at all. Dust in the details everywhere. I even found hair on the sofa while just check in. A bad smell when enter the room, i guess all because the clean work doesn't work properly. 2) the temperature control panel doesn't work. You have control panel of temperature and wind in the room. but it is decoration without any function. It is centralized system, i got running nose after first day. 3) hotel offers a frac pack for making coffee as complimentary, but there is no coffee pot in room. Although there is a kitchen, there are everything but coffee pot. The reception told me he would send someone to take to my room, but i hadnt got it till check out.

Lady at the reception was not paying attention. I greet in German she continues in English. Was weird. But what annoyed us even more was that we did write a message via WhatsApp about parking place, unfortunately it was never read or answered, though all check-in details we received via WhatsApp. Room was nice and big, but not too clean, finding hairs in bathroom or on the chair is not what you expect. We booked apartment hotel, but then you don't even find a kitchen towel, and also kitchen utensils were not clean. Breakfast on the other hand was really good, nice variety and all fresh.

The room was very clean and spacious. We got to the apartment a bit before check-in and they were able to let us into our room which was great after a long flight. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is fairly close to the train station which was one of the main reasons I picked this apartment.
