great location near train station and tram stops. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Although the room..my room , overlooked the train lines, dont let this put you off..not as if you going to be sitting looking at them whilst in Florence ? and the windows are double/double glazed to make things quiet.

Breakfast was excellent, AC worked great keeping the room cool for sleeping, great location, walkable to everything, we had ground floor near the entrance rooms, which was very convenient. Don’t let the location near the train station and busy neighbourhood fool you, it was walkable from the train station and to all of the city.

Room was very clean. All staff was very good and helpful. Particularly Sera and Sonia help us above average. They also guide us about different type of transportation from their experience, such that we can travelling Florence comfortably. Breakfast quality was also very good. Three of us were very satisfied with quality of breakfast. Air conditioning was working nice. But they have no heating system.

The property itself is located close to train tracks, so it was noisy. The staff was great, and the rooms were spacious.

Very clean, updated, modern room. Staff was excellent, very professional and friendly, even went out of their way to give us packed breakfast since we were checking out early. It worked perfectly for our visit where we needed to be close to train station and tour pick up. Not too long of a walk to the center of Florence either. Great hotel!
