Best Mackay Hotel
Lovely and spacious for our family of 6. All the amenities provided and in a very good location. Coles over the road as well which made cooking easy. The pool is great, heated to a lovely temperature even for a summers day and the spa is a good size. Would stay here again when visiting Mackay.

Dissatisfied
Not the best getaway, we were unlucky enough to have night roadworks on two of the nights and next door gad a party on the other night. There was no way to contact anyone in the late night and when i made a complaint the following morning the manager just basically said the neighbours had left and bad luck... she then told me that there was an extension number to call which the phone in the room would only give busy tones. Im not impressed with the managers lack of solutions and will not book through Quest again. For a hotel that has no noise after 10pm and a no party policy i am leaving a bad review solely on the bad management.
