As a frequent traveler, I have come to expect a certain level of professionalism and hospitality, especially from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, my recent stay was marred by a distressing incident involving the receptionist.
Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by the loud and intrusive music playing over the speakers. To my dismay, it was Russian pop music, which I found highly inappropriate and offensive. Hoping to resolve the matter quickly and discreetly, I approached the receptionist and politely requested that the music be changed to something more suitable for a diverse and international clientele.
To my shock, the receptionist not only refused to accommodate my request but also displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. He was arguing with us and was very rude. The other person at the front desk did nothing to resolve the matter. You should not be treating customers at 4 star called “Royal” property. Russian pop music was playing during all our stay they did not change it. It gave property a vibe of cheap hotel somewhere in Russian suburbs.
Also rooms are so tiny that when two of us had our carry on luggages open we had no space to walk.
Don’t recommend staying in this hotel. There are so many more options around.
