Good but not great.
This is a 3 star hotel, but it's more like your typical Parisian 2 star hotel: nothing special. All Parisian hotel rooms are small, but most are designed so that it works. In my room here, for example, although the bed itself was very comfortable, the bathroom was very poorly designed. The toilet was right next to the shower, which made getting into and out of the small shower more or less impossible. The folks at the front desk were responsible, but unlike at other Parisian 3 star hotels, no one went out of their way to be helpful. In short, rien de special. I won't stay there again.

Room is so tiny there was no space for my bag to be open. No closets either. Thin walls could hear neighbors browsing their phones. Not even high volume. Staff were friendly. Had to leave the key at reception every time I wanted to leave the hotel. Found that inconvenient. No light blinds in case you want to open the curtains no privacy with facing building. Light comes in in the morning. Overall it’s a 3 star hotel in a good location. But many drawbacks for my personal taste.
