I only stayed for a few hours because my train was delayed. The hotel is close to Paris Est train station and very convenient.

Area is not the best. However I never felt not safe. The biggest problem is the heating. Doesn't work. So make sure you ask for blankets. Language barrier. Only the morning person understood a little bit of English

Very poor customer service
I stayed in the hotel a single night. Between 3am and 6am there was guy 2 floors above me with music and I could not sleep. I went to reception 3 times and the recepcionist tried to solve the issue. I think they even had to call the police so I appreciate this was not the hotel’s fault. However, as I could not sleep in the whole night, as a customer this is not acceptable and I requested a refund which Hotels.com said that would request to the hotel but it was rejected which is very dissapointing after I received the apologies of the hotel staff many times.
