I had canceled 1 room within the deadline, when I arrived the only rooms I asked for were confirmed and everything was ok. At the time of check-out, the employee decided to charge me for the room in which he had canceled and already confirmed his cancellation at check-in. The employee delayed us for just over 1 hour, we missed our bus (which passes by the hotel every 2 hours only), he said that it was not the hotel's problem to miss the bus, and we missed our flight because we arrived at the top of check-in time and could not board. We need to pay one more hotel and fees for re-embarkation. All because of the bad management of the hotel. The accommodation was ok. Everyone was very welcoming, and the people around us received us very well. But the management of the hotel is terrible.
