The staff or host were very friendly , other than that , I will not recommend this place , first of all it is located in a very sketchy neighborhood, not walking distance to Médina , you can walk for 30 minutes thru dangerous streets with no light or crossing paths and you will make it at your own risk. My room was very small and a very hard bed , no bathroom door , no privacy , Riad located next to a mosque , call of prayers in the morning extremely loud, I could keep mentioning so many downfalls, but if you don’t mind Staying in a place that provides the basic comfort , it’s your choice .

We loved our stay here. The Riad is beautiful and the staff were amazing. The managers took care of our every need and the authentic meals we’re so good! They arranged for a hammam and massage on site and the experience was amazing!

30’s girls on a friends trip
2 friends in our 30’s stayed at Riad Andalouse. We had a very lovely room that overlooked the pool. The toilet clogged a few times which was inconvenient however everything else about the room was lovely. The riad is so beautiful and the staff are friendly. The riad is a bit noisy. The only thing I would mention that we did not enjoy was the desert dinner adventure our riad recommended. It was extremely expensive, we were the only 2 people who went, there was no entertainment or activities. I would not recommend to do any trips through the riad.

The owner and the rest of the staff was very helpful when asked questions about directions, what they recommended us to explore in Marrakech. The breakfast was really nice and fresh and you get the chance to experience authentic Moroccan breakfast. The AC wasn't as effective but since we travelled there in November it didn't really bother us too much since it wasn't too hot outside anyways. Bare in mind the bathrooms doesn't have a proper door but only a curtain that shields it from the rest of the room, might become awkward if you're several people staying together. Overall a pleasant stay and you get to see the more rural parts of Marrakesh but still feel safe throughout your stay.

Bad experience!
No service at all. The bathroom was smelly and dirty. They transferred us for the first night because they had some “issues” with our room. Heating was not working so we were freezing.

This riad was phenomenal. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The food was also amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all special and homemade. They had something for everyone, whether you are vegetarian or gluten free. I highly recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech - you will have a highly personalized and comfortable stay.

Cute riad, great services offered not wowed
The riad itself if beautiful, I would recommend carrying the address and phone number of riad around as a number of taxi drivers had trouble finding. The riad is a taxi drive away from main attractions in Marrakech. They have a lot of great services and option to eat at the riad which was helpful, but you do have to pay to eat their not included. The service was okay, we werent wowed by the experience mainly because everything felt very transaction oriented. Even for tea and coffee they charge.

Nice Riad to stay in, the only downside is the location in the middle of neighborhood, where the local teenagers are bothersome. Abdeallah, Adam, Fatima and Khadija were very nice answering all the questions we had. AZIZ JELLOULE

Small room but perfect for our overnight stay/regroup after travelling Morocco for 7 days. Air conditioner worked great and the host was very friendly. Right in with the locals here and parking seemed a bit sketchy and limited but we had no issues. Cheap room, free breakfast and a very affectionate cat who cuddled With us in the evening on the deck.

this was my last day in Marrakesh.. and first of all they have not updated their address, so my taxi driver had to call and double check that it was the right property. We made it, our check in was ok, the guy who never gave me his name, gave us half glass cold tea. We go into our room and everything ok, there was only towels available, we asked him from some soap or just any soap to wash our hands and shampoo, he came into the room to double check, and then he only brought a small cup of soap and stated he didn't have anymore available. An over all view, i would not recommend it or stay here in the future.

To start, we were forced to pay 55 Euros since our reservation stated 1 person but we were 2. The hotel was fairly clean and the staff was nice but we did notice 2 really red flags. One, the pool water was extremely dirty we couldn't swim in it. And second, we noticed that the hotel staff went into our room Everytime we went out. The first night we went out, we specifically left the air conditioning on as it was hot out. When we returned to the room the air conditioning was off. The following day we tried something similar, this time we left the light on. We came back and found everything off. We did not appreciate the staff going into our room after we left. And Everytime we made sure our room was completely locked but they still went in.

Loved the Morrocan decor inside, the small swimming pool, and especially the rooftop. Service was amazing! Did NOT like the washroom situation. There is NO PRIVACY. Instead of a door there is a curtain so there is no sound proofing.

Had a lovely stay here. Staff was friendly and super helpful at checkin, helping us find a local hammam up the street, and in storing our bags. Breakfast on the terrace was very good. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Honestly - the only complaint we have is that when we tried to book again for our last night in Marrakech, the place was full. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
