When ever we go to Toronto, we like stay in this hotel. No issue in the past. This time sleeping was not comfortable. Bed, to mention specifically the sheets and pillows smells(sweat). Over all it was not bad.

Fantastic service!
We initially booked a one-night stay, then added a second night though a 3rd party. Because the room types were different, we were not able to combine the reservations. However, the staff kindly allowed us to keep our belongings in the first night's room until our second night's room was ready. They also sent a worker to help us move our belongings to the second room.
