Very Good in relation to the price
This is one of the cheaper accommodations you can get in Hong Kong. I was happy based on what I paid and expected. (Basic room, shared bathroom). The guy at the reception was friendly and the small room really clean. The room included a simple aircondition mounted in the window, which was pretty loud, but also (more importantly) quite powerful. The Hostel is in the (in)famous Chungking Mansions building that hosts many hostels. It is very central. Depending on what kind of traveller you are, read about it, and decide if this is for you. Anyway, the area feels reasonably safe, just ignore the pushy guys at the entrance trying to sell you all kinds of stuff and services. Ignore anybody who wants to "help" you. Remember the block and floor of your hostel. When you walk into Chungking Mansions, on the left you will first find the elevators for Block A, and if you continue, for block B. Each block has a pair of elevators, left one for odd floors, right one for even ones. Once at the correct floor, you should find the correct hostel easily. So: Staff that makes you feel welcome (and not creepy...) and clean rooms. There are certainly worse hostels in the Mansions!

On a very tight budget it is Okay
The location is the best in Kowloon. In Nathan Rd. the most famous chopping Street with Restaurants for any budget, one block away to the metro and walking distance to the Sea Harbour (a must to see) and to the Ferry Terminal. The building is very old, it have 17 floors and only 4 elevators. The maximin capacity in each elevator is for 4 people. Considering that there is a Hotel or Hostel in every 3 floors, the waiting to get in could be up to 30 minutes. The rooms are extremely small. No room for the baggage so it have to be lay under the bed. But this is Hong Kong and if you only need a place to sleep it is a lot better than sharing a room in an Hostel with another 6 or 8 people. A.C. was Okay, The TV with only two channels in chinese and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Very good location, and very easy to go around from the hostel. And it’s quite easy to get to the hostel from airport, as we just need to take the free airport express shuttle bus from Kowloon station to Peninsular Hotel bus stop. This hostel is inside the famous ChungKing Mansion building, and there are a lot of good money exchange stores at the 1st floor of the building. The staffs were really friendly too. They lent us the power plug adapter as we forgot to prepare ours. The condition of the room is just so-so good. But if you just want a place to just rest and sleep, I think this hostel is good enough. However, the environment around the hostel is a bit complicated, so you might want to be a bit cautious about your safety.

Outstanding for what it is
This place within the Chunking Mansions is fantastic if you are looking for a clean safe place to sleep. My single air conditioned room was just big enough for the bed, small desk and combination shower/bathroom. There was even a small TV. The staff was friendly and helpful and greeted us as we came and went. I must stress that this room is very small and it is not luxury living. The Chunking Mansions is not a place for everyone and can be a little overwhelming with merchants everywhere and lines for elevators. Clean sheets and towel every day were excellent. I was a nice nest in a hive of activity.

Clean room at a cheap price and close to the harbor and MTR. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, while sheets were changed halfway through my 5 night stay. My only complaint is that it can take a while to catch the elevator because you can only take the one assigned to your block and floor and there are almost always people already waiting in line. Be aware that there are hawkers standing in front of the building that will try to sell you a room for commission, but they'll leave you alone if you tell them that you already have a room. Some will even point you to the right elevator.
