overall friendly staff
fast and easy check-in and check-out
good location, metro within 5 minutes walking distance
- breakfast is not recommendable: bread, ham, packaged cheese (all of which did not taste good). The yoghurt and sweet bakeries were fine.
- wifi keeps crashing
- you hear EVERYTHING. I was regularly woken up by other guests.
- the furniture was shabby, the bedframe didn't even fit the bed. Shower kept getting clogged. Toilet seat was not screwed on tightly.
- organization was bad! After check-in, I was told I need to move to another room the next day. They showed it to me and since it looked way less shabby than mine I was happy to switch. The next day I wanted to move to the other room, they told me I won't get that one anymore. I could stay in my room for that night. The morning after that, they asked me to move to a completely different, third room. When I asked why I needed to move rooms, I didn't get an explanation why. I didn't even get an apology for the circumstances. I guess they didn't book the rooms very well and since I was alone it was easy to just move me around. Did not like that.
- staff often left notes in my room. I locked it and went out. Coming back, I saw a note on my room desk twice. Knowing that they just went in there made me uncomfortable. Nothing was stolen obviously, but still, this should not happen.
