Starwest not open to let me in with no afterhours
Hi,
I tried to check in on Monday evening and tried to contact the afterhours mobile number. It was turned off and I was unable to get thru to anyone via multiple calls, texts, plus contacted the landline and sent emails.
No response and I was forced to seek accomodation elsewhere. It was terrible service with no follow up.
I would like a full refund for the first night's stay.
When I rang the afterhours number in the morning it miraculously worked so telling me there was an issue with the phone company was simply not true. The phone was simply turned off with no duty of care to any customers.
Disgusting and deplorable.
Then I was asked at 10am, when I had already left at 9am for business to go to the check in desk by 11.30am or they would deactivate my cards to get into the room.
Ridiculously rude and aggressive behaviour.
I had to give my details over the phone to avoid not being able to get into my room for a second evening.
This is absolutely terrible and I will never stay here again.
I would like a prompt response and refund or I wont the Hotels.com platform again either
