Room is clear and amended with all that is needed for a stay in Amsterdam, There is no kettler or refrigerator in the room. Also the coffee which is available for free in the kitchen is not allowed to drink in the room. But there is plenty of food and drink around the city so it is not the minus. The bathroom is perfectly clean and smells nice. Hotel is situated in the beautiful neighbourhood in an old cute building and the bus 397 (to the Airport) is very close.(3-4 min walking). The staff was very polite. Tle elevator works perfectly. Breakfast is very good and tasteful.

The hotel is in a good location, and in 30min walk you can be everywhere. Unfortunately, my stay wasn’t the most pleasant. My body is covered of bites because the room I got assigned had bed bugs. This place was amazing! We loved the staff as they were always so kind and helpful for any of our needs including recommendations for the city, hotel service, etc. It was such a cute place in a really great area close to the museums and it wasn’t a far walk to the rest of the city. The rooms themselves were perfect and comfortable with a nice shower. Perfect for two young women exploring Amsterdam!

A Hidden Gem

Outstanding Hotel - VERY helpful Front DESK Staff

Was visiting Amsterdam for a business trip (1 day stay before heading to another citiy for a conf). The Owl Hotel was a great place to stay - centrally located and nice clean room, along with excelltent breakfast (there was outside seating in the patio which was a nice option on sunny mornings). The Front Desk Staff (Olga) was very helpful with places to eat, and transit to the Central Train Center. First rate staff with excellenent skills, friendly, and knowleagable.
