We had to complain -they fixed the issue but the next day it was the same again, we complained again and they fixed it again.. The couple that went with us also had rooms water smell like suer. Also, the first day we didn’t have towels in our room and the couple that went with us they didn’t get towels in room on their last night.

Loved that this was an All Inclusive Resort with great food and very friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was very attentive with my needs and the service at the bars and restaurants were excellent. Great nightly entertainment inside and outside of the hotel and on the beach. My room was above and across from the bar area but since I was a solo traveler and didn’t mind the music then it was good entrainment while I was in my room. Food and restaurants offered a great selection of options and drinks depending on what you needed or if you were on the go. Appreciated the friendly wait staff and those who welcomed you into their establishments. Gift shop has a nice selection of souvenirs or necessities that you might need while on the beach or need any personal items while staying there. Overall a great hotel which exceeded my expectations being that it was my first time in Cancun and at a All Inclusive Resort

Property I had the worst experience at dream Sands for one after we get to the hotel they offer hand towels and then ask for our bags and with the used hand towel they put it in your bag everyone on property is eager for your money before even accommodating you and they will call police for no reason if you don’t give the building manager money. Worst experience ever and wouldn’t recommend for nobody to stay.

The room service was hit and miss. Most days they either missed having towels or bed covering. services in the restaurants was hit and miss as well mostly miss. Food was not great as other dreams we stayed at. building was falling apart. they had water leakage and smell of sewage at many places in their hallway. We definitely not going to here again

Thank you for making our 40th anniversary one we will remember - from the moment we arrived - great and warm welcome and service over the top! The room was perfect for a couple with a mobility challenged husband. Thank you for the beautiful ocean view room and hope to return soon!!

La comida estaba fatal , el hotel se mojaba por todas lasas . Te tratan de vender una membresía de preferred customer que es todo un engaño . . Los trabajadores son amables pero los que tratan a VIP customers son todos unos mentirosos. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto… Stay away of this hotel
