受付の中年、小太りの女性の客先応対は誠に横柄なもので どちらが客か判らない感じです。そこまで仕事が嫌なのなら転職すればいいのにと思います。 設備は古く相当ガタがきていました。又バスタオル等も結構痛んでいました。まあ値段相当と言った感じ。

A senhora da recepção é extremamente grosseria, o chuveiro estava quebrando, tinha um grande vazamento no vaso sanitário, várias traças no teto e nas paredes e na reserva constava checkout as12h as 11h ela estava a bater em nossa porta
