Check in was smooth and friendly. The room had a bad smell, one of the chairs had stains, parking is tight. Only stayed because it was the only place within half an hour from where I was for under $150

I haven’t received my $100 bond back.
I assume this property just keeps all the guests bond money.

Apartment definitely nothing like shown in photos, could feel skin crawl as soon as walked in the door, did not even put our bags on the floor before deciding to find somewhere else.

Not very friendly environment and property already damaged and charged bond than rather than returning overcharged bond twice, eventually refunded when bought to attention that it considered a crime and fraud. Issue resolved before getting police involved.

Had a great stay there for the night with the family. The owner was very accommodating. However the shower pressure was not the best. Otherwise it was a pleasure.

Not Good
Terrible. It was tidy but dirty; it needed a good bond clean.
A lot of the rooms had long-term residents with the rental crisis. We sat on the couch and we sunk to the floor. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets looked white.

The property was priced well for what I needed BUT that said I was blown away by the state of this property. My room appeared to have had new flooring which was a bonus but that’s where the positives stopped. The bathroom vanity is in disrepair and the shower curtain had a distinct smell of mould or mildew. Additionally, the wardrobe in the room is also old with doors difficult to close. The main door has a very basic lock only. Most concerning is that I decided to use the blanket during the night and upon reaching into the wardrobe to get it, I was met with a crusty, grubby feeling, very obviously ancient blanket. Safe to say I did not use it!!
The location of this property is great but I would never recommend it.

Can’t really complain. The room had a microwave, fridge, bowls, plates & cutlery. The bed was fairy comfy, Netflix on the tv etc. The hot water ran out a couple of times but overall it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. Staff seemed quite friendly too.

We checked in, saw our room and left!
Disgusting! I wouldn’t even let an animal stay there.
The worst accommodation I have ever seen.
Like a scene from a horror movie.
I can’t believe Wotif is hosting this. You might want to have a representative do a site inspection. And the health department.
