Good, worth staying again
The girl at the front desk seemed very new or overwhelmed when I checked in and did not realize I had a 13 dollar food and bev credit. She also did not offer to arrange a taxi for my early morning flight. Luckily I was aware of how to schedule that but I think it could have been nice. She also did not hear my name correctly gave me the wrong form to fill out and didn’t even use a shredder that had personal information on it. Which it might just be me but I think that should definitely be used. The room was fine. Location was good and close to the main train station and other transportation. I felt like the air conditioner/heater did not work very well but that is me being picky. The panorama room was cool but probably not worth the extra money unless you have a room facing more of the Belvedere.
Even with the weird check in interaction, I think I could see myself staying here again.
