Member of staff was lovely when we checked in, just what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Great that breakfast was included as well especially with a wee one and a long day ahead

Leider trotz Internetaussage kein Aufzug! Der Aufzug ist seit über einem Jahr ausser Betrieb wie mir der Rezeptionist sagte, aber eine Reparatur kostet Geld und wurde daher bisher nicht durchgeführt. Gleichwohl wirbt das Hotel auf allen Plattformen mit einem Aufzug und wurde auch deshalb von mir ausgewählt (Zur Zeit bin ich leider gehbehindert).

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, riesengroßes Zimmer und Bad. Aufzug war defekt, Rezeption unbesetzt und Schlüssek musste aus Partnerhotel 500m entfernt abgeholt werden. Eine Info vorab am Anreisetag wäre schön gewesen. Frühstück warcreichhaltig und gut. War insgesamt zufrieden für den Preis!
