    My partner and I booked this hotel for our 2 week stay. Upon arrival in the afternoon, our room wasnt ready to check into. We waited 30 minutes in the hotel lobby. The first room we got into was disgusting. The shower smelt terrible, and the water did not drain. There was a 10mm sheet of water on the ground of the shower at all times. The towels were stained all over, so badly i have no idea how the staff didnt pick it up. The bathroom sink would fill up and not drain. There was mould and rust in various parts in and around the bathroom. The walls had several cracks. The staff were very hard to communicate with. They did not understand english very well, nor could they speak it well either. Twice we called room service, once to ask how to operate the safe, and once asking for new towels. No one came both times, we figured out how to use the safe and went and got new clean towels ourselves. For the week we were there, our sheets were not changed. The food was very average (room service and breakfast). We asked for eggs at breakfast and they didn’t understand. No one ever attended the pool bar. Even though we paid for 2 weeks stay, we left and paid for another hotel. Before you read all the reviews and think this is such a great hotel, dont be fooled. I am not one to complain about much but this was a terrible stay. I would never return here again!

    I liked that it was in the centre of Kuta and close to everything. I didn't like that I organised an early wake up call for the airport which never came. I was offered a free breakfast and a ride to the airport as an offer of apology. I would stay there again, if you like it simple, it's a good hotel.

    Not a good stay. Choose only in desparation

    Although it was shown a 24 hrs check-in we were told the rooms were not ready when we walked in around 2 PM. Staff was courteous and asked us to wait for sometime. There were no welcome drinks and we thought we will have lunch by the time. We ordered few items and figured out what would be the quality and standard from the food. Overall lunch experience was not good. By the time we finished lunch, the rooms were ready and we picked up the luggages and moved in. The rooms were clean but bit old. The towels and bed linens were seemed like bought when the hotel was built. They weren't white but grayed over a period of years! Our room was facing a street and directly opposite to another hotel! Many places the walls and roofs started peeling off due to leakages. The main entrance has a pond and the walls have plants adorning it and most pots were empty and gives a bad look. The pics and actual look completely different. Location of the hotel is good as it's closer to many shopping areas, beach and art market. The pool on the rooftop was ok and clean. But you need to remind the staff for towels many times. The breakfast always have mainly Indonesian rice varieties and noodles. We were relying on the toast and made to order omlettes. Always there're shortages for spoons and forks. You need to remind the staff many times to replenish them. The service is overall average and needs lot of improvement.

    A very convenient place to Kuta shopping area and eating places . Generally cheap hotel to stay for a few days . Pillows and bed is quite comfortable and there’s a sliding window so at least some fresh air into the room . Staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast was okie not much variety given its a 3.5 star hotel .
