This hotel is a bit dated but it is conveniently situated with 5 minutes on foot from Frankfurt Central Station and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. So overall it’s a great value and its location is everything.

Acceptable for the money
Had to stay close to the train station with early train to be taken by one of my colleagues. Hotel is nice and room looked fine. Still need to be upgraded - many signs of old restoration with wallpaper loosen, dirty shower and so on. It was quite inside. During reservation it was written that hotel has its own parking - but the receptionist said they don’t. We parked to the closest one and paid 37 EUR for one night. Be careful here. We didn’t try any breakfast.

It feels like I've been robbed
It feels like I've been robbed, I booked a room from 31st December to 5th January, the first night everyone was smoking cigarettes and cannabis in the hotel, it smelled everywhere, the next day (Saina) at the reception said I had to pay 200 euros extra and change to a smaller room because she thought I was smoking cigarettes in the room too, otherwise I'm not welcome anymore at the hotel. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel because it feels like prison.

Good hotel close to station and city centre.
A good clean nice hotel for one night, close to the station. Area around station is not so nice even if it´s convenient if you shall travel to the airport or somewhere else. Walking distance to city centre as well.

The property was great, the room was super quiet and we were right on the Main Street with a tram stop out front. The building and room was really nice and I’d stay there again because it’s practically across the street from the train station. That said, be advised to not walk down the street behind the hotel, very sketchy people, on drugs it was pretty awful and I’d only stay there again because of how close it is to the train station and it was a good price.

Overnight stay at the Mercure Frankfurt City Messe
It was an overnight stay whilst travelling from the north to the south of the country. Therefore none of the hotels facilities were used. The room was quiet so a good nights rest. Very close to the railway station.
