Great location and facilities for families.
Great location on the beach, great pools, very good breakfast, nice staff and comfy beds. Close to lots of local restaurants and a small night market, nice safe and relatively quiet area. They need to think hard about their deposit policy and allow credit cards as an option. Taking it as cash in limited currencies is not going to make anyone spend more at the hotel, it’s just annoying.

Our second stay at this lovely place. Loads of sunbeds so no problem getting one any time of day. Super nice staff in all roles. Great room, fab pool lovely breakfast and great spot on the beach next to our favourite places to eat- the Cubar does the best Thom khai with tofu ever had! Just one thing I didn’t like and it’s nothing to do with the hotel tbh but the poor looking horse on the beach, so thin and ridden so badly even by the owners and then idiots that are way too heavy riding them up and down a busy beach. It would be good if this could be banned, from an animal lover and horse owners point of view. But back to the hotel - we will be back!

I visited with my family, mother in law and a 2 year old. They had everything we needed! Pool right outside our balcony, I was worried about having a pool so close to our room because of my 2 year old but they had so many locks on the doors and the lock to get into the pool was not reachable for my toddler. So that made me so happy!! Very kid friendly establishment, also fun for adults, the beach club was fun and everything was walking distance. Massage on the beach, tons of food options on the beach as well. Loved loved this place!!! I was so sad to leave!!!

Couple weekend trip
It was a lovely couple weekend. The resort is a bit old but very clean and the service was very prompt and friendly. The only downside was their inability to extend our checkout by even one hour without any payment, in spite of the resort not being full (due off-peak season)....as our flight was 8 hours after checkout....which would have been a bonus point in their PR area. Other than that, the resort was lovely in terms of location and service.

Terrible restaurant
The service in the restaurant was terrible. Imposible to get contact with the waitress. They are arrogant and to comfortable-to the point you feel like a bother and trouble to them. Not very wellcoming at all. The food was ALWAYS late and cold (chicken was frozen inside). One person got the food 45 minutes before the other, one time we waited 45 minutes for the first persons food and 1 hour 30 minutes for the last persons food to arive. No one in the family ate together the five times we ate at the restaurants.

Exactly what we hoped and expected, it was our last stop on a 3-week trip all around the Thailand, we needed a beautiful sea and a beautiful swimming pool (practically private since everyone can access it from their room). Well this is the place. Exceptional breakfast! If we really want to find a negative mark: there are no mosquito nets on windows, they would be highly appreciated as we are in Thailand! We hope to return.
