Hotel staff went above expectations to help us. Breakfast buffet variety is ok, but food is cold - not kept on heat. Pool is cold- even though it is 88 degrees outside. Decor is dated and still used an actual key for just room.

Only room is good
I am guessing this large hotel in the old city was fully or partly closed, and is being revived with work done in the rooms first. The rooms are ample, clean, and are generally good value. The remainder of the hotel, however, is not. This swimming pool area Is dilapidated. What they call a gym is a room filled with machines, none of which work. The breakfast is substandard.

What can I say that's good? Well not much, the room was spacious but the bed was hard, the balcony was covered in bird crap and the hot water was hit and miss,the tv was the worst ever could not watch,the breakfast was terrible,just so bad,not even fresh milk or coffee,the building was unkeep but the pool was clean,they must show some care cause it looks and feels old and forgotten.i will never stay again and that's just a small amount of what I could say why you shouldn't either

Le personnel est très sympa, avec mention spéciale pour les dames qui servent le petit déjeuner : adorables. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, les serviettes changées. On voit que l’hôtel est entretenu, les climatiseurs et les matelas neufs. Restent les moquettes des couloirs très usagées à remplacer.

Nice stay in the middle of the Old city of Chiang Mai and still quiet. All you need in the street, a bar, restaurants, souvenir shops and massage salons. If you ask for no room service they will still leave 2 bottles of water and toilet paper in front of your door every morning. The buffet breakfast was fine too. I would stay again.

El alojamiento según lo que se busque y como se mire. La habitación está fenomenal muy grande con un buen aire acondicionado buena cama frigorífico cortinas opacas vamos muy bien. Descansamos muy bien ya que no hay gente es una maravilla. Desayuno correcto pensado en que no hay muchos clientes pues no es un gran buffet pero desayunas bien la piscina super tranquila no hay ruido de niños ni nada muy bien. Yo repetiré Los aspectos malos los pasillos etc está un poco dejado pero a la vez tiene su encanto.El personal muy bien siempre con una sonrisa.volveremos

Selve stedet og belæggenheden var virkelig godt, og folkene i receptionen var virkelig søde. Men rengøringen var forfærdelig, og badeværelset var faldefærdigt, og man havde ikke følelsen sf at noget var rent. Så det var en meget ambulant følelse
