Aircons kept tripping out for a lot of the stay. Bathroom drain was blocked causing a bad smell. Hard for taxis to get to for pick ups and drop offs. Room service took 2 hours one night with no warning or explanation. Staff were very friendly though. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach only a few mins walks. In a Quiet area of Kuta. It’s a good hotel with a good size swimming pool. Rooms are good size and clean. The only down side was, it was looking a little tired, the towel rail in the bathroom fell apart and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. Some of the wooden planks around the pool area were quite loose when walking around it. We had stayed in 4 different hotels during our stay in Ball all 4 star. The breakfast was basic but enough to start your day. For the money it was good value. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

The Bene is a nice hotel staff are friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and a good size possibly could do with a little updating especially the shower room. The pool is nice too breakfast was good too its served in a dinning area near the pool and reception. We have stayed here before and would stay again.The hotel is not far from the beech and is good value for money for a 3 or 4 night stay

A bit outdated

Lobby are ia just fantastic, typical Balinese. The pool are is great and you can always find a sunbed available. But the rooms is not even close to what we expected. Outdated, toilet is so and so, shower water is slightly salty and that was a negative surprise. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to help out
