The place was immaculate. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Was right in the main square of Krakow old town. Couldn’t have been better placed. Cannot wait to return

This is a great place to stay. Very prime location just steps away from the main square. Cleaning staff was present at all times cleaning somewhere or another. Reception was very friendly and reserved a taxi for us to airport. I will absolutely stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms were quite small, but still well thought out with amenities. There was a small kitchen, which was nice. The location was key, and it was very quiet given the location as I stayed in another hotel down a few shops on the same street, which was closer to the city street noise.

Superb apartment. Spacious and clean, modern interior, perfect aircon. Staff lovely. Perfect location and gorgeous view of square from little window, good soundproofing. Would definitely stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff were attentive and helpful, especially Ola. The room was beautiful and conveniently located. As this property is on the square, music can be heard from the square late into the night—so best to come prepared with ear plugs. We had an excellent stay and would stay here again.
