We are none smokers and our room smelled like cigarettes the family next door had kids they screamed and cried all evening. Only room available was a dounle bed smoking. Only passing through needed sleep to continue on. Room was in very poor condition. Holes in sheets and appeared to be dry rotted. The a/c unit would not stay running no matter the temp setting. All fixtures torn off walls with mold in the tub. I would not list this room agqin until refurbished.

I needed to stop for the night on a long drive between RI & NC. All I needed was a cozy bed, a hot shower, & peace/quiet, nothing fancy. That’s exactly what I got. Great location off of I-81. Great diner for breakfast right next door.
