The Homestead is an amazing resort and hotel. Surrounded by mountains on all sides gives you get beautiful scenery along with a sense of peace that calms you, and total serenity. The location and hotel are rich in history and make up most of the small charming town. The hotel offers a few events that are included but expect to pay extra for everything else. Our room was beautiful but wasn’t cleaned to my standards and we had a plumbing issue. The hotel staff were accommodating but new staff members could not answer basic questions. The resort is huge and amazing but was hard to navigate being our first time. Overall it was a great experience and we will come back soon!

So I stayed at the property before and had an omni lotalty membership. The check in clerk couldn't find my number so instead of asking me for it she created a new account which caused all sorts of issues then served me warm champagne in a plastic water cup. Not the check in experience I expect from this property. other than that, everything else was lovely. We really enjoy going to the warm springs pool.

From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return.
