Poor management overshadowed my stay
The service and overall quality left me extremely disappointed during my stay. I encountered the management of a big luxury hotel making small, petty decisions. Department managers, particularly those in charge of the SPA and sports facilities, were unprofessional. Additionally, I was charged for parking upon checkout, despite being told at check-in that parking was complimentary. This led to unnecessary delays at checkout and an additional charge for something I was initially told was free. From start to finish, it was a stay filled with several negative experiences. It is disheartening to see such a prestigious and well-regarded hotel being managed so poorly. I do not recommend this hotel in any way and will not consider staying here again.
