Travelled with family of four so booked two rooms. Centrally located to visit all of the main attractions and for shopping. Clean property with all of the amenities, good size rooms especially for families but king bed was very uncomfortable due to the dip in the middle. Had issue with rain shower but it was eventually fixed. I would recommend staying here due to its location, cleanliness and amenities.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Right in the heart of Taksim Square. Amazing staff- Onur helped me with the check-in process. There was also a night manager working the morning of March 19 (Can’t remember the name) he was also super amazing. Because of the time difference my daughter had woken up around 4am, so we went to the lobby to see if anything was available to eat or drink. He kindly offered us juices and coffee for myself and then told us to go for the suhoor that was starting shortly. A highly recommended place to stay solo or with family.

Absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming – it really made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh options to choose from. Everything about this hotel is first-class. The rooms are well-appointed and have great views (most of them). The staff is well-informed and unfailingly courteous and professional.
