Best hotel to stay in Kufri. Location is perfect. Food is a bit expensive but taste is good. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is not disable friendly and so old people cannot also use this place. Its time we had more sensitivity about all age groups.

Nice Hotel, but highly mismanaged.
Hotel Room Booking done via Expedia with a written confirmation, but when visited the hotel they had sold out all rooms. High mismanagement at Hotel. Nobody from senior management of hotel ready to take any responsibility.

awesome place
It is very beautiful place surrounded by hills and very well maintained too. Service levels are decent and perfect value for money. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with family in this resort. The food was very good, courteous staff and beautiful location
