The property was admittedly further out from Cologne than we initially thought but the hotel itself was fantastic with a rail service and bus service bringing you straight to the front entrance. The rooms were perfect for our one night stay and the breakfast we had was exceptional. If I was ever back in this area I would certainly stay here again!

Very pleasant stay

Only stayed the one night due to travel plans. This was a real gem, obviously refurbished and modernised to the highest standard. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were all lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower great. The breakfast was great, a really good selection of all sorts to choose from. Nothing negative to say about this place, ( except for all the rain ) we would certainly return.

Breakfast was superb. Venue was beautiful. No coffee or tea making facilities. A promise of this and signs in hotel saying it was available in communal areas but nothing provided during the 3 days we stayed. Staff member refused to give us tokens for machine in reception and insisted we pay. For the cost of our stay we found this very poor. Also booked a double room but it was 2 twin beds pushed together with single quilts.

Mooi gebouw met bijna nieuwe kamers. Onze kamer was in erg pratisch ingericht. Badkamer perfect, niets op aan te merken. Parking meer dan voldoende. Restaurants: opgelet niet open op zondag en in de omgeving zeer beperkte keuze. Service mediocer: bedden niet opgemaakt, geen nieuwe handdoeken, papiermand niet geledigd - dit kan wel wanneer je erom bedelt, dit alles onder de mom van greenwashing.

Stort og flot værelse. Der var mange trapper op til hovedindgangen og ingen elevator. Der var elevator indenfor. Vi måtte bruge en af fjernparkeringerne, og hvis man er dårligt gående, var det en del op ad bakke. Efter kl.14.00, var det kun muligt at trække drikkevarer og småkager i automat. Undrer mig lidt over at der ikke var en cafe åben med let mad, F.eks sandwich

Majoituspaikka oli historiallinen ja kiinnostava. Huone oli tilava, siisti, aamiainen loistava. Koska toimii koulutustilana, niin käytävät kaikuivat ja tilaa oli tosi paljon. Saavuimme illalla kahdeksan jälkeen, vastaanotto oli vielä auki, mutta ravintola ei. Pienempi baari oli auki, mutta ainoastaan ohuita pizzoja oli saatavilla. Olivat kyllä hyviä ja palvelu erittäin hyvää.
