The on-site spa has 3 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include hot stone massages, facials, body wraps and body scrubs. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room and Turkish bath/hammam. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. Children under 11 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 15 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned. There is great security agents all over the property, and I love the idea of walking on the trails and also having a golf cart available. Beach was clean and not crowded. My youngest had a blast with the kids activities.

The pictures of this resort on Orbitz are a little deceiving. They show a lobby, but there are four lobbies. We took the shuttle from the airport which was great, but we were dropped at a place that didn't match the picture. I thought we were at the wrong place. Don't make that mistake. This resort is great. We have traveled to Santa Marta many times. This was our first time at Irortama and when we return we will be staying at the Irotama. I don't know what to say about this resort, 5 stars, 10 out of 10. We rented a "Junior Suite" which was much more than the pictures posted on Orbitz. This is a beautiful resort and I recommend you consider it in your search for places to stay.
