Everything was excellent. I was amazed how clean our room was and modern design. I really enjoyed our stayed. The price was very reasonable. The only problem we had is difficulty finding the hotel. We lost few times and had to ask direction. The hotel was located in front of the temple on the google map, but we couldn't locate the temple. Despite the problem finding the hotel, I still highly recommend this hotel. I will book this hotel for future Sapporo stay.

방은 넓고 전반적으로 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있었습니다. 세면대와 화장실의 배수가 원활하지 않아 사용에 불편함이 있었고, 투숙 기간 동안 객실 청소 서비스가 제공되지 않았습니다. 특히 사용한 수건만이라도 정기적으로 수거해 주었다면 훨씬 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었을 것 같습니다. 6명이 3일 동안 머무르다 보니 사용한 수건이 계속 쌓여 화장실 공간이 다소 불편하게 느껴졌습니다. 또한 저녁 10시 이후에는 프런트 데스크에 직원이 상주하지 않아, 밤늦게 온수가 나오지 않는 문제가 발생했을 때 즉각적인 도움을 받기 어려웠습니다. 객실 상태 자체는 만족스러웠지만, 객실 관리 및 야간 대응 서비스가 보완된다면 더욱 좋은 숙박 경험이 될 것 같습니다.

優點：櫃檯人員友善,浴缸跟蓮蓬頭是分開的. 房間有洗衣機.冰箱夠大. 冷暖氣機出風口設計很好,睡覺時候不會一直吹到頭部. 浴室,廁所的門設計很好. 快合上的時候,會自己慢慢關上. 8樓有冰塊可以拿.枕頭有軟硬兩種. 浴室的熱水可以調整想要的熱水溫度.吹風機很好用.煮水壺的功能不錯. 缺點：洗衣機裡面的濾網,沒有乾淨. 浴室洗手台的排水孔, 裡面被頭髮堵住了, 排水很慢. 浴室非常有空間可以裝 放置浴巾毛巾衣服的掛鉤,但是並沒有. 建議：可以有 luggage rack的話, 會很棒, 房間的空間是足夠的.

키친, 세탁 시설을 포함한 넓은 방, 친절한 직원, 넓이 대비 저렴한 가격을 생각하면 꼭 다시 와야 할 것 같지만, 사용자 경험을 생각하면 꼭 그렇지도 않습니다. 란도르는 인건비를 절감하여 가성비를 올리는 구조의 체인이기 때문에, 직원들이 오전 10시-오후10시 까지만 근무하는 구조는 납득할 만 합니다. 하지만 이 것 때문에 10시 이후에는 체크인이 매우 불편해지고, 메일로 메인 로비 입장용 비밀번호를 미리 받지 못하면 체크인이 불가능하기도 합니다. 퇴실시에 대여했던 가습기를 반납하는데 직원이 없어서 사진 처럼 카운터에 두고 나와야 해서 불편했습니다. 객실 베개에서 곰팡이냄새/오래된 나무 냄새 같은게 나는데 반나절 정도 환기 후에 없어졌습니다. 목조건물 특성상 난방시에 방이 건조해지는데, 객실내에 가습기가 없어서 대여 요청을 해야 합니다. 외국 체인 호텔이 아니면 대부분의 일본 호텔에는 공기청정 가습기가 있는데 말이죠. 욕실에 수건걸이가 없어서 불편합니다. 스스키노의 숙소이지만 소음은 생각보다 거의 없었습니다. 단지 다른 객실의 문이 닫히는 소리가 매우 크게 들립니다. 넓은 방을 선호하지만, 불편하고 불쾌했던 경험이 많아서, 가격이 아주 잘 나오지 않는 이상에는 다시 묵고 싶지 않습니다.

오픈한지 얼마 안 되는 느낌으로 고급스럽고 깨끗한 레지던스 호텔 느낌입니다. 체크인시 사람이 없다고 아이패드로 체크인하라거 하는데, 통상 근무시간에는 근무자가 있어서 체크인은 매우 원활하게 처리되었습니다. 객실은 사진 이상으로 크고 잘 설비되어 있으며, 주방이 있어 편의점에서 음식을 사와 데워먹을 수 있습니다. 냉장고도 냉동고 따로 있는 타입이고요. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있으며 세면기와 세탁기(세제 1회분이 놓여 있는)가 있는 탈의실과 샤워기/욕조가 있는 욕실이 분리되어 있어 아침에 줄 설 필요 없이 매우 편리합니다. 옷장도 매우 넓고 빨래걸이까지 놓여 있습니다. 일본 호텔에 필수인 탈취제도 있고요. 옷장 넓이에 비해서는 1인 2개씩인 상의걸이와 바지걸이가 조금 휑한 느낌입니다. 아쉬운 점이라면 레지던스 컨셉이라 그런지 따로 요청하지 않으면 청소를 해주지 않는 것 같습니다. 대신 다녁에는 1층 엘레베이터 앞에 수건 등 소모품을 가져갈 수 있도록 세팅해 놓았습니다. 저희는 청소가 필요없어서 불편함이 없었지만 다른 분들은 이런 부분이 안내가 되어있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 스스키노역에서 조금 내려오는 위치이기는 하나 대신 스스키노역 방향으로 식당이나 술집들이 많으며 호텔 주변은 오히려 조용한 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 스스키노역 방향 반대편으로는 러브호텔 골목처럼 보였지만 그쪽으로 갈 일은 없었습니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 체류였습니다. 온천이 있는 다른 체인 호텔과 마지막까지 고민하다가 골랐습니다만, 욕조가 아쉬움을 달래 주었고 아마 다음에도 좋은 가격으로 나온다면 반드시 다시 숙박할 것 같습니다.
