This is a nice hotel conviniently located in the heart of Historic center; close to shops and restaurants. The staff could be friendlier. The restroom door makes an ugly noise at time of closing.

I like the fact that the property is close to a lot of stuff that are within walking distance. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there is no A/C in the room.

I was not informed in advance that my 2 well behaved service dogs could not be left alone in my room. I was unable to go out for dinner. There is no garden or place to allow dogs out to do their functions. Ullises and Samantha were excellent.

It was not good service at all. No one to helping you with the luggage. Empty building. Not air conditioning in the room. Only one credit card accepted. I left the building, a soon a find other hotel. I don’t stay there. Not recommend thank you.

Todo excelente únicamente vale la pena comentar, el ruido proveniente de otro hotel en la plaza de armas el cual el fin de semana tenía su música en su azotea, en alto volumen, contaminando auditivamente toda la plaza y afectando la tranquilidad incluso de nuestro hotel. Ojalá las autoridades contengan a dicho hotel que afecta todos los entornos de la plaza de armas. Gracias.

En general el hotel es bonito, al ser de cantera la recepción es mala, pero se compensa con el wifi, también dentro de la habitación hace demasiado calor al ser un edificio antiguo no hay clima pero el ventilador ayuda bastante, estuve en la habitación museo nacional y la chapa no funciona de manera correcta pero el personal amablemente me ayudó
