The room itself was fine, but the service was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, there were construction workers using a pneumatic drill right above us on the first floor. Customer service told us the work would stop at 2 p.m., but it continued the next day from 10 a.m. It was almost impossible to get in touch with them – their app (which you’re referred to for assistance) didn’t work, and we spent hours trying to get a response. Late in the afternoon, we were finally moved to another room, which they called an “upgrade” because it had a kitchen – but we had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, so that was not an upgrade for us. We ended up wasting almost an entire day just trying to get help. Never Numa again!

Very nice property and the location is pretty good. Not a far walk to the central area like Brandenburg gate, etc. only complaint is that there was no closet space to speak of. Just a rack to hang clothing on. But the TV was enormous, and everything within the hotel was nice.

Shower was nearly impossible to get to a comfortable temperature. Shower door didn’t hold the water back so bathroom floor got totally wet. Coffee pods didn’t fit well with the coffee maker and tasted bland and cheaply. Tea bags bland as well. Otherwise all fine.

It was a strange hotel while the staff/. Reception was great. The rooms seem to be cleaned every other day. It lead the towels to get a little stinky. The hotel did come in handy in a pinch and made our visit really nice. It is in a great location to see the sites we wanted to see

The location is great, the place is clean, the rooms are small but the only problem I had is that there were no mini fridges in the rooms and also there were no coffee machines, I could live without coffee machines but not without a mini fridge that's a big no for me. Fikk ingen link til å sjekke inn, og fikk derfor ikke pinkoden. De var heldigvis behjelpelige, men jeg foretrekker å snakke med mennesker - ikke roboter. Det tok 1 og en halv time å få hjelp av et faktisk menneske som kunne hjelpe meg med innsjekken. Frokosten var suboptimal, og pinkoden til døren fungerte dårlig til inngangsdøren. Ellers er det et fint hotell - minus all teknisk «finesse» og mangel på resepsjon. Sikkert perfekt for de som helst ikke vil se et eneste menneske.
