An amazing trip in Berlin though the hotel is not up to par. The only thing going for it is the location. Walking distance to the major attractions. The cleanliness is subpar, bathroom stinks and climate control is not properly working. My last stay at an Ibis facility.

Clean and nice
We've stayed at a Budget Hotel Ibis so this was an upgrade. The staff was helpful, the rooms were nice: clean bedding, comfortable beds and pillows, a desk, TV, USB ports. A Lidl grocery store is nearby and Checkpoint Charlie is within walking distance. Easy access to a couple of metro stations and busses. Overall a very good experience.
