Don’t stop here. Someone was in the apartment when we arrived and it hadn’t been cleaned. No towels, duvet cover or any bedding for the sofa bed. Stay at your peril.

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund

False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property. Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't locked and couldn't be locked meaning anyone from the street could walk into the block. The apartment itself also was not locked upon our arrival we pushed the door and could just walk in. (There was a key to lock it and a latch but upon arrival but again it didn't show it was a safe and secure place for me to stay with my young son).
Compare this to the advertised image. There were flies around the rubbish bags.

Très déçu par ce logement. À notre arrivée, la propreté était loin d'être au rendez-vous : moisissures dans le réfrigérateur, draps tachés, douche sale, plaques de cuisson non nettoyées, nourriture laissée dans le tiroir à couverts et toiles d'araignée dans la salle de bain. L'appartement n'était manifestement pas prêt à accueillir des voyageurs. Le sèche-linge était encore en fonctionnement à notre arrivée, avec une partie des draps et des oreillers à l'intérieur. Il manquait également des draps pour certains lits, ainsi que des serviettes de toilette, du gel douche et du shampoing, pourtant indiqués dans l'annonce. Le réfrigérateur était en mauvais état et ne fermait pas correctement. La cuisine était très mal équipée, avec très peu de vaisselle et aucun verre à disposition. Dans l'ensemble, le logement ne correspondait ni au niveau de propreté attendu, ni à la description de l'annonce. C'est une expérience très décevante que nous ne recommanderions pas.
