Huge room on the outskirts of the city centre. Lovely area with great restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean, the downside was the very hard bed as we prefer a softer bed. We would definitely come back here if we returned to Florence.

On the third floor with no elevator. Clean, safe building. Individual rooms with a common area for coffee/tea/water. Very small bathroom with the shower and toilet only separated by a curtain. Once you have a shower, the floor is wet and a bit slippery going to the toilet. Nice balcony.

Location was fine, just outside of the busyness of Florence downtown. Staff responsive but, room needs updating. Floor was ugly and worn down but, did appear clean. It was just an overnight stay so, we were ok with it. Shower was good. There wasn’t any continental breakfast just coffee spot outside of room. It really isn’t a B&B. More like room rentals within an apartment building. Recommend for quick overnight. Price point high for motel feel. It was ok. Overall ok stay.

Great location, the room and facilities were very clean and cozy. The common area had an espresso machine and purified water and snacks. The host Shaila was very friendly and hospitable and presented us with gifts and useful information upon arrival. There was a balcony in our room with an excellent view of the lush neighborhood. The building was minutes away from the various bridges that lead into downtown and the famous Pegaso bakery was just around the corner. Highly recommended, we had a great time in Florence at the 1900 Artevita, thanks again for everything!

Great place in quiet area

We loved our stay! The fact that we had use of the kettle, fridge,microwave,tea/coffe/cups/plates/etc Balcony room is a must well for us it was. There is a supermarket 3 min down road. We walked from the train station 20 mins. But believe you can take but. We walked all over. I think if your use to walking maybe stay closer. Especially if you want to be out all day. Come home and go back into town. There is not too many restaurants close by. Shaila the host was friendly.
