We loved our stay here! The staff were so sweet. Amazing location (we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go). Cottages were cute and felt private. The breakfast was the nicest complimentary breakfast we’ve experienced.

Definitely experience this Inn..
One of my fav Inn that was part of my Christmas trip. The location was very convenient to downtown. Everything was walkable distance. The inn was Victorian style and was decorated just like a Hallmark Christmas movie setup. I loved it. The owner was very accommodating. She was gracious enough to ask the chef to create a special vegetarian breakfast for me. I am marking this place for my another visit to Napa. The owner was warm and sweet. They greeted us with wine, cheese and chocolates in the room.

The property is just a short walk to downtown, with outstanding diner and shopping options. The staff is excellent, and breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend the inn, or only negative comment would be it needs a little capital investment in the infrastructure (bathroom) and (carpet) was tired in our room.

Staff was lovely, everyone was incredibly kind and personable. Food was excellent; breakfast choices were all delicious and the welcome truffles in the room were amazing. Bed and breakfast is a little off the main “strip” for Downtown Napa but certainly walkable to anything. Overall, a really nice stay!

A chance to try their delicious family wine and chat with other guests as well as staff Laura and Laurie. Apologies if spelling of names is incorrect. They were so friendly and helpful. This bed and breakfast is the perfect place to stay for your trip to Napa. It’s within a very short walk to downtown Napa and has free parking! Each morning you are treated to a hearty breakfast and each afternoon you’re treated to wine and charcuterie. We stayed in the garden room which was spacious and had a lovely jacuzzi tub as a bonus! Our stay was perfect and Carrie is an excellent host. Stay here for your next trip to Napa - you’ll have no regrets!

1801 is a great place to stay. We stayed in the separate Carriage House cottage. It was well appointed and a delightful stay. The room is great and has a fireplace between the bedroom and bathroom, and has a lovely outdoor patio. The owner was fantastic and has a wine tatting every evening at 5:30. Breakfast was delicious and you are well cared for. We'll definitely stay here again when we return.
