I couldn’t check in. There was an overbooking problem . I was reimbursed about 75% of the amount charged by Expedia at The Hotel . A total mess for a rainy Friday night late check-in . Hope Expedia send me an apology and return my Funds . I was forced to make a new reservation / Check-in at 11:00 pm in other Hotel, obviously make an overseas call to Expedia wasn’t a choice. Very charming!
Charm of Cascais is a fantastic boutique hotel. Its wonderful very serviceminded staff offers great personal service. The room, pool area and public spaces are luxurious and comfortable. The food is lovely and very tasty. We had a wonderful holiday at Charm of Cascais!

Lovely Guest House
Lovely guest house. Clean, comfortable and a nice pool and shared living space. Very friendly and kind staff. I unfortunately had a stomach bug while staying but everyone was very understanding and took good care of me. Made a poorly day mid-holiday much better than it could have been. The Charm if Cascais is really a Jewel!
Wonderful find in Cascais. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk to the town or to the local restaurants. Ruy and Susannah are fabulous hosts and the staff are amazing. Food was excellent! Highly recommend!
