1st time staying at the hotel; place looks pretty well renovated/maintained in common areas. Rooms although clean, weren't as well maintained. Cafe was comical! Toaster caught fire and non of the staff present were bothered with attending to it. Hotel claimed not to accept credit cards and insisted I went to a nearby ATM to withdraw cash to settle my bill. Took them close to 30mins before my check out was completed. Overall stay was still acceptable, but will not return in future.

The staff could not accept my booking, as ebookers provided the wrong reservation numbers. Lots of phone calls were necessary so that the staff finally accept the booking. Ebookers wasn't really professional in this issue and the hotel very stuborn

Good location with food stalls nearby, They have a rather ridiculous policy by requesting guests to sign a gurantee to ensure thier visitors do not smoke in the room, otherwise a penalty is imposed, It should be the other way round since it is a non-smoking hotel, Value for money
