Previously a good place to stay. Needs to improve
Had issues with a room that had a jammed balcony door that ended up with us moving to another room. This room had a faulty safe. We then were locked out of the room on another night. Breakfast was disappointing compared to previous stays. Staff need better training and supervision

I requested a room at the back of the Hotel prior to arrival. This didn’t happen I spoke to reception when I arrived and they advised I would be moved the next day. Luckily I had ear plugs as it is a very noisy hotel, the traffic noise and noise from other guests makes it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Make sure you get a room well away from the front of the Hotel.

Nice relaxing pool cocktail resort in the middle of busy kuta. I was here for the long weekend so was perfect for me. Longer stays I would probably find a place closer to the beach. Food and Drinks exy for bali but I didnt mind for convience. Breakfast buffet is unreal! 5 stars for that alone.
