The duty security personnel in the evening of December 28, 2024 was very unprofessional and treated us bad. To avoid bias, i do recommend you experience it yourself to understand me. But i commend Mr Dishan in the reception, very helpful and courteous.

Taxi fraud
The hotel was good, but they recommended us to take the Hotel Taxi, wich cost us AED 250 to go to the harbour, about twice as much as an ordinary taxi would have cost us. That pulls down the total garde of the hotel.

The property was great. They gave us free upgrade. The view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing that killed the experience was the flickering of the lamps. I think there was some issue with the device where you push the key card to activate the lights.
