Notre appréciation est très bonne, nous nous attacherons plus particulièrement aux services du petit déjeuner et aux échanges avec les opérationnels. Concernant les infrastructures et les équipements il est inutile d’approfondir le sujet car cet hôtel est en service depuis moins d’un an : immobiliers et mobiliers sont flambant neufs et semblent répondre aux standards up-to-date du groupe BW, soit une très bonne qualité de l’ensemble. Au delà de la nouveauté le propreté est tout à fait correcte. Le petit déjeuner est très bien pour une grande majorité mais nous notons une quasi absence concernant les produits végétaux substituant les produits carnés et laitiers. Les produits végétaux sont bien disponibles maintenant (et il n’y a pas que les dérivés de soja ;) ). L’ensemble des personnels croisés lors de notre séjour s’est montré professionnel, très courtois très attentif et voire proactif ; allusion à la proposition de remplir d’eau fraîche notre gourde à la fontaine de l’accueil, acceptée avec grand plaisir. Merci encore pour ce geste!

Très bel hôtel neuf, cependant une remarque, l’hôtel annonce des navettes aéroport qui n’existent pas. Même si l’aéroport de Perpignan est à proximité, il faut quand même 30 minutes de marche sur une route qui n’est pas du tout adapté pour les piétons et je dirai même dangereux en l’absence de trottoir. Dommage pour un hôtel qui a dans son nom aéroport et qui annonce des navettes !
