Room is clean and spacious. Daily tea break and night snacks (porridge and noodle) provided were excellent. Location just outside the subway exit and lots of shopping nearby. Hotel also provide laundry area for guests to wash their clothes (washing machines) and hang dry their clothes in the open space laundry area. Strongly recommended.

What an amazing hotel and staff. I have been coming for many years, and am always amazed how Jonathan and Olyana take care of our needs. In fact, this last trip was super surprising as they made a fantastic birthday party for us in our room, with balloons, placards, cake and gifts. I stayed at this property for 7 days and after the 4th day I noticed bites on my legs and arms that were not present before I went to bed. I thought I was just bitten by mosquitos but after the next night I had more bites. I went to a pharmacy and they said it looked like bed bugs bites. I informed reception to change rooms. She obliged but I had to go back to reception 3 times as the new key wouldn’t work she also wasn’t apologetic and I don’t know if she took the issue seriously. Maybe it was the language barrier as she couldn’t speak English well. On a positive note the location is great and the house keeping lady was very helpful and gave me a clothes rack to dry my clothes. Check in was perfect and Alyona was great and messaged me all the facilities on offer. I am hoping I was just unlucky and this was a 1 off random event!

Hotel was located within the heart of the shopping area, which was very convenient. The staff were very welcoming especially Hannah at reception. The breakfast had a lot of options including Western food. The room was a good size and mini bar, snacks and bottled water were complimentary. Definately would stay here on my next yrip.
