The customer service was great. The room itself is compact but well-organized. They also thoughtfully provide earplugs for rooms facing the public road

I stayed here to attend the Canton Fair and they even provided free shuttles to the fair. The rooms are very nice and modern, with lots of amenities. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The location is excellent, center of Tianhe, with lots of eating options and the best and most modern malls and shopping centers just steps away. 100% recommended. The breakfast was simple but good, both western and asian options.

Great stay

Although some hiccups when check-in due to the wrong room type on listed on the platform but the staffs were friendly and quick to provide us with the right room. Location is near the metro and shopping malls which is a plus. There are night snacks available too at no additional charge.

8/10 Very good

Good rooms poor facilities

Very nice and clean rooms, comfertable beds. Reception/ breakfast area are small and simple and looks more of a Familymart rather than a hotel reception. Very chinese style and staff dont speak english very well. It was quite a task getting butter for breakfast. Location is very good very near to Huacheng Square and Tianhet Park.

This property provides free tea breaks, night snacks at the coffee bar corner. It may not be the best like a 5 star but this comes in with such consideration e.g. upon your arrival and you can pick up something to snack and drink. On top of that is the free self-serve laundry/draying service. They provide 2 washing machines/ 2 dryers with detergent provided for our daily washing needs. Their staffs always keep their smiles and very positive.

6/10 Good

Modern and fashion, latest technology, walk distance to the most fashion and luxury commercial area in Guangzhou. Near subway, direct train to airport, convenient to everywhere. The room is very cozy, after I opened my 28' luggage suitcase, there was no walk-through in the room. No table/chair. The dinning area for breakfast is very mini, almost no space to seat down, as a result, the breakfast is a disaster.

Great hotel, but…

It’s a really great place to stay, in a very convenient location, with daily brunch till noon, and an evening snack provided as well. Reception staff were wonderfu too. I do have a couple of notes: 1) To management: please instruct cleaning staff to not enter rooms when “do not disturb” sign is on. We left one of our keys in while out on the town specially so that “do not disturb” stays on and no one enters our room (there is no safe in the room). However, every day we came back to someone having been in our room when we specially indicated we don’t want anyone entering. They disregarded the “do not disturb” blatantly. 2) The toilet door is completely transparent (see attached photo). It has a slight tint but that’s all - whatever you’re doing in the toilet is in full view (and sound) of everyone in the room. There is no other door between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and even the transparent glass door doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. They did have an external bathroom on our floor so we did use that one.
