There was no air conditioning, and it was pretty warm trying to sleep at night. The property is unusual and striking, but they could stand to water their flowers (or not have flowers at all). Bar had very limited operating hours. Breakfast bar was excellent, and the spa is very nice. The outdoor pool, however, was freezing even on the hot days.

An excellent location for all activities (balloon flight drivers pickup at the front door). As with all cave locations I assume-- it is not 5 star luxury but my room was spacious. This hotel is not for people that can't climb stairs! Several flights of stairs to get from room to room or the lobby. I did not appreciate a tour of their rug store before they showed me to my room however. Not hard sell but it took 15 minutes out of our stay.

We had a great stay at Anatolia Houses. The accommodation was beautiful — the rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the main street, making everything easily accessible. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The viewing areas to watch the hot air balloons in the morning were fantastic and definitely a highlight. The food at the restaurant was also amazing and exceeded our expectations. My only suggestions would be for the pools to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, and for the bar and restaurant to open earlier than 1pm, as it would be great to enjoy lunch and drinks by the pool earlier in the day.

Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Cappadocia. It’s exactly what you picture when you want to stay in a cave hotel. The rooms are all unique , large and very comfortable. The staffs communication is 10/10 and are so accommodating and helpful . We enjoyed the spa located on the premise and even treated ourselves to a couple massage which was amazing after a travel day. If we come back we will be staying here!! They went above and beyond.
