We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely stay again. We stayed on the family room which was perfect for me and my sister as we had our own beds/rooms, but we're not far away from each other. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and town. Thank you very much Amber house for a lovely stay 😄

We - family of 4 spent three nights at Amber house in Easter week, it was perfect accommodate for what we needed, we had twin room on the ground floor. This property is ran by the owners who are very friendly and caring. The breakfast menue for both ready and cooked food was great. The location is about 10min walk from the coast and the town centre.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at Amber House. It was a spacious room with a sea view and had lots of little extras included-biscuits, assorted teas, coffees, hot chocolate and toiletries. Large television with good choice of channels and nice chairs to sit on. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice including dairy and wheat free which I need. Best bowl of fruit salad we’ve had anywhere. There is a small library of books and lots of DVD’s for use on wet days. The only minor niggle was we forgot to bring our own special pillows and theirs weren’t quite as comfortable. We will be back plus pillows.

Staff were super friendly and always on hand if needed. Rooms were spotlessly clean and bed comfy. Dog friendly. Breakfast was outstanding 👌, something for everyone. TV/DVD in rooms with communal dvd borrowing a great idea. Good location, very close to Goodrington and Paignton. Will definitely be coming back.

Mark, Debbie, Vivian, and Paul are wonderful! They made my stay like home. Highly recommend the Amber House-great location, plenty of parking, friendly and professional owners, comfy bed, and a full English and continental breakfast. What more could you want? A short walk to Goodrington Beach with the colorful beach huts and coffee shop. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Paignton.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me with easy check in/check out. The owners were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every morning with suggestions of where to visit. The food portions were excellent and the produce fresh and delicious. The room I stayed in was perfect- clean and fresh with a good view and comfy bed.
