The hotel is clean and stylish, the staff is courteous, the rooms are spacious and modern, and the breakfast is good. The only downside is that on hot days, the air conditioner in the kitchenette/living area doesn't cool the bedroom, and you can't open a window because the AC stops working.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, convinient location, nice staff, and good breakfast. We enjoyed sauna and hot tub after long hikes. Nice roof top taras with a mountain view (Giewont). Our apartment was big and had balcony with nice view. I would definetly come back.

Extremely lucky to have chosen to stay at Renesans Hotel. The staff were all very polite, helpful and attentive. Spoke very good English too even when. We arrived after a delayed flight. Very well appointed bedroom. Absolutely sparkling clean. Great size. Well appointed. Nice view to mountains too. Breakfast was a great variety of good quality food. Tradition/international options. All round winner!

We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Renaissance Zakopane. The entire property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and shared areas felt modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection to start the day. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Zakopane, and we would happily return and recommend it to others.

Nydelig og elegant hotel med bra lokasjon i forhold til sentrum. Store flotte rom. Passe stort hotel. Litt sånn adult only look, men veldig barne vennlig. God frokost selv om stekt egg og bacon manglet. Stort utvalg for øvrig. Bor gjerne her igjen ved neste besøk til Zakopane.

Kommer garantert tilbake ved neste anledning

Hele hotellet var nyoppusset og delikat. Alle vi møtte av personale var veldig imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Frokostbufféen var helt fantastisk :) Vi kom med bil og kunne velge mellom innendørs eller utendørs parkering mot avgift. Beliggenheten var helt topp, nydelig utsikt mot fjellene og passelig gangavstand til sentrum.
