"A lovely hotel, but we did have a long walk to our room and there was carpet on the floor so it made it very hard to pull our cases. The restaurant was very good and had a great choice. Lovely Staff in the restaurant and very helpful. For me, the pillars were a little bit hard, but some people like firmer pillars I like soft ones. Loved the pod rides over from terminal five. So easy to get to terminal five for our flight. If I was flying out from terminal five again, I will definitely be staying in this hotel"

"The staff in the rooftop bar were hard to communicate with and not terribly warm. There was no blow dryer in our bathroom, which these days I consider a basic amenity, particularly because of the high room rate. It was very, very convenient!"
