Was decent for a quick stay. However, the price was a bit high for the lack of cleanliness and complementary amenities. The bedroom itself was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets, yet the bathroom was dirty and had shared amenities. It was difficult to tell whose was whose in the shower regarding cleaning products and the concept of shared amenities was unhygienic and off putting. If the price was just a little less, these issues would be more tolerable. The code locks on all the doors helped with feeling private and the property itself was nice and quiet.

This is a great place to come and stay a night or two but not an extended stay. Next to a public transportation stop and a few blocks from downtown. Besides that it has wifi and the guests are helpful. If your not looking for a luxurious night stay and on a budget definitely worth a shot or two..

my say is simple, when one need a cheap place to sleep in St Pete area, that is a valid place to go. i've read some reviews that aren't realistic - if one wants a "better" place, then spend twice the money. it is fair to not have the most fancy place for the price paid, and as such, this is the best ratio cost/service there is out there when you are on a tight budget. I ve been there now on 3 different trips, and I'll go back there without a doubt if i need to go in this area by myself again. note this isn't a true hotel, but a house with shared bedrooms that have 2 to 4 beds per bedroom.
